We monitor both financial and operational performance of contracts and based on the analysis that we carry out; we can challenge providers where their financial demands or service performance levels fall short of what is contractual, or when a variation is unacceptable. 

We appreciate that our clients don’t always have the time to check the on-going financial performance of the contract and as such, we manage this element on their behalf. We produce a monthly report for the client, outlining the financial performance of the contract, highlighting any issues that are not in line with expectation.
